Email Credits
Email credits are non-refundable once purchased. However, we offer the following guarantees:
- Credits never expire - Use them whenever you need
- No hidden fees - You only pay for what you purchase
- Full credit value - Every email you send counts as exactly 1 credit
When We May Offer Refunds
We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
- Duplicate charges due to technical errors
- Service outages that prevented email delivery for extended periods
- Significant technical issues on our end that affected your usage
- Account closure within 24 hours of first purchase with no emails sent
Refund Exclusions
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Credits that have already been used
- Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
- Issues caused by your SMTP provider or configuration
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to read documentation before purchasing
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

- Date and amount of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Any relevant details or error messages
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through Stripe and credited back to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider but typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
