Do credits expire?
No, credits never expire. Use them whenever you need.
Can I use any SMTP provider?
Yes! You can use Gmail, Outlook, Mailgun, SendGrid, Amazon SES, or any other SMTP server. We simply relay your emails through your own provider.
Why are there rate limits?
Rate limits protect your SMTP server's reputation. Sending too many emails too quickly can trigger spam filters and get your server blacklisted. Our limits (100/min per API key) ensure steady, deliverable sending while protecting both you and your recipients.
How are credits counted?
Each recipient counts as one credit. If you send an email to 3 people (1 TO + 1 CC + 1 BCC), that uses 3 credits.
What about attachments?
Attachments are currently not supported. We focus on simple transactional emails. Contact us if you need this feature.
Is there a free tier?
We don't offer a free tier, but at $0.0005 per email, even a small purchase goes a long way. $5 gets you 10,000 emails that never expire.
Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
Yes! We occasionally offer promo codes for discounts. If you have a promo code, you can enter it on the checkout page when purchasing credits. Follow us for announcements.
Can I get a refund?
Since credits never expire, we generally don't offer refunds. However, if you have issues, contact us and we'll work something out.
